Delete first.
Then align.

Most process projects start by adding software. We start by removing the outdated and unneeded steps you’re still paying for. Then we align what’s left with your objectives and your customers, and only then let AI carry the repetitive work.

A short conversation with Frank. No obligation.

Are you AI enabled?

A proposal, not a pitch.

Let’s start with the highest-return project now. Here’s how we’ll work together.

01First, can AI actually help?

My first assignment is to find out. I’ll only recommend working together if it saves you substantially more than I cost you. If it doesn’t, I walk away.

02Delete.

Find the processes that are quietly burning cash and going nowhere, and recommend stopping them. Often the fastest savings come before any AI at all.

03Enable with AI.

For projects that pay for themselves, make sure the return is real. We prefer projects that pay back in 12 months or less.

The order matters

Clear the clutter before the overhaul.

Automating an outdated process just makes the wrong thing happen faster. So we work in this order, every time.

  1. 01Take inventory.

Map how the work really flows today, including the workarounds nobody wrote down.

  2. 02Delete what’s outdated.

Retire the steps, reports, approvals and tools that no longer serve the business or the customer. This alone often lowers costs and speeds things up.

  3. 03Align what’s left.

Check every remaining step against your objectives and what your customers want. Fix the handoffs where customers wait.

  4. 04Enable with AI.

Hand the repetitive steps to AI, on projects that pay back in 12 months or less. Judgment, relationships and creativity stay with your people.

  5. 05Make change easy.

Set it up so the next change to a price, policy or procedure takes minutes, not a new project.

Let’s look at the numbers

What the AI leaders learned the hard way.

Track cost, output and the customer or employee experience together. Automate the repetitive, low-judgment work, and keep human judgment where it matters.

Klarna

AI took over most support chats, then the company brought people back when service quality slipped.

Cost alone isn’t the measure.

AI enablement

AI that works for your people, not around them.

  • The repetitive steps, handled.Copying, sorting, routing, first drafts and status updates move to AI, so skilled people stop doing clerical work.
  • Changes in minutes. When an update is an email instead of a project, the business can change as fast as its decisions.
  • Customers answered sooner.Fewer handoffs and less waiting means fewer customers repeating themselves.
  • Your voice kept.AI follows your objectives and your customers’ needs, so the result still sounds like you.
From our own work

Website updates by authenticated email.

We built an AI agent that updates a website from an email. It confirms the email really came from the owner, reads what they asked for and makes the change. A task that used to mean logins, a website builder and a developer’s queue became one email.

That’s the pattern we bring to your processes: find the step that slows everyone down, delete it or hand it to AI, and keep people in charge.

If this makes sense to you, you should do a short project overview with Frank.

Tell Frank which process is costing you the most time, money or customer goodwill. He’ll tell you what to delete first, what to align, and where AI should and shouldn’t help.
