I could add a lot of comments here, but these stand on their own. This is customer feedback left after support calls by customers to Jason Baird.


Jason was great - really saved my bacon!!!Very impressed, great service - Jason is a legend. 40+ angry users are now pacified

I can't say enough about Jason. Not only did he do an efficient job, he wants me to check back with him in the AM to make sure the issues we were having did not continue. He further assisted me with a problem with my Domino Server that did not affect SpamSentinel. I can't say enough about the people that represent this company. I will continue to wholeheartedly endorse this product and the company it represents. 
Excellent knowledge on what was required to fix problem.Good - the only issue I had was I had trouble understanding conversation over phone, voice would cut-out every now and then. Appreciated the good work - thanks. Chris C.
