Frank Paolino is the Founder and President of MayFlower Software, Inc. He founded the Company in 1983 and is the chief technologist, architect and visionary of all the Company’s products and services.


Between 1986 and 1990, he championed the development of MayFlower's Help Desk problem resolution service offering. Prior the launch of the Help Desk, he was the architect of MayFlower's groupware application for Disaster Recovery.

In 1993, he launched MayFlower's first shrink wrapped product offering called Sentinel, which was awarded Lotus Development Corporation's noted Beacon Award for best application development tool.

From 1996 to this year, he has driven the development of InfoScout, our Lotus Notes reporting solution.

Most recently, he is engaged in fighting the war on spam, with very good results helping Lotus Notes and Domino users keep their inbox clear of spam.

Speaking & Publications
Frank Paolino is often a speaker at noted technology forums and has been published in numerous technology publications. He has spoken at Lotusphere and to various regional technology organizations.

He has written for Computerworld and PC Week, as well as editor of the Lotus Notes user group publication, Walnut.

Awards
Frank was the driving force behind the product development effort that won a Lotus Beacon Award for the company.



Education
He received an MBA from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in 1982 and a BS in Chemistry from the University of Lowell in 1980.

Personal
When not pursuing high-tech dreams, Frank enjoys mountain biking all over New England with his wife and four children and teaches karate to about 20 youngsters and some of their parents.
