Returning a Software Product |

A full refund will be granted within 30 days of purchase for:
- Defective products
- Products not received due to an error on Maysoft's part
We apologize that Maysoft cannot offer refunds for:
- Software that has a free trial version or demo offered on the site from which you purchased
- Software purchased for the wrong device or platform
- Any item 30 days after the purchase date for any reason
Refunds are given in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.
If you meet the criteria above, please follow these steps to request a refund: |
1. Within 30 days of the purchase date, complete the form below and click Submit. |
2. Software Removal Form will be generated. Print it out, sign it and return it to Maysoft via fax or regular mail.

Note: For legal reasons, we must receive a signed Software Removal Form as a hard copy, rather than an electronic version.
3. You will receive a refund confirmation via email. Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing.
Note: Refunds are given in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. If you paid by credit card, Maysoft credits your credit card account immediately after your Software Removal Form has been accepted. However, depending on your credit card company's process, credits may not appear until 4 to 6 weeks later. |
