If you are upgrading from previous versions of Sentinel, you must follow these instructions:
During installation, the install gives you the option to rename or overwrite your existing Task.nsf database. If you chose rename, you will find a database named Task1.nsf in your sentinel directory. The same is true for the field mapping database (FieldMap.nsf).
1. Update the Tasks database
Copy all records from your current task database from the view 4. MayFlower Software\3. All Documents View. Paste these into the new Task.nsf database in your sentinel directory. You may want to first delete all documents in the same 4. MayFlower Software\3. All Documents View view in the new Task.nsf database.
2. Edit and Save your task documents or run the Agent "Miscellaneous\Refresh Selected Documents"
Field Mapping Database Update
Note: If you do not update or use the correct field mapping database, your data will populate the wrong field names.
1. You can use your current field mapping database with this release v5.3.
2. To upgrade your mapping documents to this release level, you will need to copy all of your documents from that database to this one.
The four views that you need to copy from are: 3. Data Sources - Tables & Fields 4. Data Sources - All Sources Used 7. Profiles\1. Notes Database Profiles 7. Profiles\2. ODBC Profiles
Note: Remember, in Notes you can paste these documents into any view, and they will display correctly in the appropriate view.
