You can distribute the Sentinel freely to any individual, employee, consultant or other party. All can use the Sentinel in Evaluation Mode for free.
Workstation Licenses
Workstation licenses are designated for only one user. These cannot be distributed. The Notes user can run tasks on that one Workstation without additional charges. Each Sentinel Workstation points to a TASKS.NSF in the Database Setup. This TASKS.NSF should be located on a Notes workstation. The ACL (Access Control List) controls who may use the Workstation to run Sentinel tasks.
Server Licenses
Server licenses are designated for only one machine. These cannot be distributed. Any Notes users can run tasks on that one server without additional charges. Each Sentinel Server points to a TASKS.NSF in the Database Setup. This TASKS.NSF should be located on a Notes server. The ACL (Access Control List) controls who may use the Server to run Sentinel tasks. Designated users or groups need to compose tasks in that TASKS.NSF to allow the Sentinel Server to "see" the tasks and then run them.
Department, Division or Site Database Licenses
The license code in the TASK.NSF database is all that is needed. Any other workstation or server that is running a separate copy of the Sentinel simply needs to paste the Division or Site license code from the View titled 4. MayFlower Software \ 2. License Forms into any other TASKS.NSF database in the Division or Site (organization). These copies of the Sentinel will then be "unlocked".
This allows any number of users and servers to run the Sentinel without additional charges.
