Possible solutions:
1. The formula you entered was not correct. You can check these by creating a macro and running it on a test database. The offset tells the position of the error (position 28, counting from the beginning of the formula, where one character is one position).

Error: Missing key value Region.
Invalid/missing key fields, or error finding note.

Possible solutions: The Data Source section mentions a name that is not currently one of your currently setup ODBC sources. You must add new ODBC sources (see the section of this document marked How to add a new ODBC data source).
Note: Many of these ODBC drivers are available from your internal IS department. If you do not find the needed driver listed, contact IS first.
